Indian Butter Chicken

Instructions:

Marinating the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Cooking the Chicken:
